Eleven terrorists killed

 Two terrorists were killed in confrontations at MUHAMALAI, JAFFNA yesterday (15) around 1.45 pm. and 10.15 p.m.

Three terrorists were killed in confrontations at NAVATKULAM area and East of MADU in VAVUNIYA yesterday (15) around 11.20 and 1.30 p.m. respectively.
And also two soldiers were wounded in encounters with tiger terrorists at NARIKKULAM and East of MADU in VAVUNIYA yesterday (15) around 6.35 p.m. and 12.00 noon respectively.

Five terrorists were killed in MANNAR on three encounters with Army troops yesterday (15) two at PALLAI PARAMAKADU around 10.30 a.m. one at KANTHANKULAM around 11.35 a.m., two at WEDAMURIPPU around 6.20 p.m. One soldier also was wounded at WEDDUKULA around 6.50 p.m.

Meanwhile yesterday (15) around 7.45 a.m. in VEPPANKULAM, MANNAR Army troops launched an attack destroying five LTTE bunkers and killing a terrorist.
