Entire LTTE media operating without licence

The entire LTTE media network operating in the European countries have come under critical review by the independent media recently. LTTE’s gutter and nefarious website nitharsanam.com managed by Oslo based infamous Nadarajah Sethurupan alias Dirty Sethu was given a run by the independent media when startling revelations were made about its false existence and systematic terror campaign misusing the web facilities. Though it is still operating from Oslo, has officially moved its registrant details to a deadly address in the Kappang High Way (A9) in the LTTE’s bandit zone.It has now come to the attention that money spinning LTTE media International Broadcasting Corporation (IBC) and the Tamil Television Network (TTN) are operating illegally without licences in the European Union. Complaints made to the UK based broadcasting regulator ‘Ofcom’ resulted in Ofcom stating that they are not the regulators for both the LTTE services. As directed by them, the matter was then taken up with the French regulator Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel (CSA).
The CSA following investigations has now written to confirm: ‘we would like to clarify that TTN, established in France, does fall under our jurisdiction, whereas IBC, established in the UK, does not. As far as TTN is concerned, CSA, considering that it is operating illegally (without a license) decided to refer the case to the public prosecutor’.
This latest revelation is expected to cause consternation for the illegal LTTE operatives of the media stations. These media stations provide employment opportunities for LTTE fund raisers and activists. They are said to be involved in money laundering activities as well for the LTTE. Some of them had even undertaken terrorist military training with the LTTE in Vanni in Sri Lanka. Photographs of TTN’s London director Vahan and IBC’s advertising staff Rubaraj undergoing terrorist military training were published in the independent media recently.
These two media are overtly broadcasting LTTE news and activities and is said to be the main source of propaganda machineries for the LTTE in the European countries.
