Civic groups including Presidential Advisor Vasudeva Nanayakkara and Kumar Rupesinghe today expressed their shock, disappointment and anger towards the government and President Mahinda Rajapaksa for demolishing houses and the eviction of slum dwellers at Glenie Street, Slave Island.
