Permanent peace could be achieved only by stopping the terrorism

For the last 25 years, terrorism has continued in Sri Lanka. But no solution could be found. Peace could be achieved in Sri Lanka only through peace talks. LTTE and the GOSL should make every effort to start the peace talks, said the American High Commissioner Mr. Robert Blake in Kandy yesterday at the Kandy DS Senanayke Memorial General Library, while speaking to the media persons. He also discussed with the university students about the activities and coordination of American and Sri Lankan Universities in Sri Lanka.
