Norway re-announces its readiness to enter peace talks

image Norway has declared that it is readily available to facilitate peace talks between the GOSL and the LTTE, Mr. Eric Solheim the Norwegian Minister for International Development said.



Norway maintains its cordial relationship with the Sri Lankan government as usual but the relationship with the LTTE has lessened in the recent past. In this backdrop, Eric Solheim said that he would meet President Mahinda Rajapakse soon.
