US donates 14 million dollar worth of food stuff

The US government has donated foodstuff, worth of US $ 14 million to be distributed among the displaced people of the north east.

 

These goods were handed over to the secretary of Nation Building Ministry, W.K.K Kumarasiri by the US Ambassador Robert O Black. There are 3850 tons of flour, 2300 tons dhal and 569 metric tons of vegetable oil among the goods. The US government is to gift more goods for the displaced people within this year
