President to visit India and Indian Foreign Secretary to Sri Lanka

President Mahinda Rajapakse is due to visit India on the 17th of November the day of his completion of one year in office to participate in a meeting to be held at Ehiran in the North Indian State of Untharanji.

He will meet Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh during this visit.
