All in the GOSL have admitted that the Tamils have grievances. But the LTTE gives lame excuses at the negotiation table and leaves the talks under false pretext.

LTTE is committed to terrorist activities and is avoiding the negotiation. After the Geneva talks the LTTE made attack on Navy vessels, suicide bomb attacks on Army Commander and Defence Secretary, and these are all evidences of their terrorist activities.
