Refugees prohibited from going out of their camps

image   The Q branch police prohibit the Sri Lankan refugees sheltered at the Mandapam camp from leaving the camp.

About 4 thousand Tamil refugees from Sri Lanka have arrived in India due to the war erupted after the Ranil  - Praba agreement. To avoid the LTTE infiltration to the refugee camps no outsiders are allowed into the camps. The refugees are being advised to give information to the police if any new persons enter the camp.
