Dialog selects Intec Convergent Mediation

Dialog Telekom, a GSM mobile phone network and a broadband and internet service provider in Sri Lanka, has selected Intec's convergent multi-service mediation solution. The contract for Intec Convergent Mediation is expected to help Dialog accelerate market penetration through faster introduction of next-generation services.
Intec is a business and operations support systems (BSS/OSS) software vendor for fixed, mobile and next-generation networks.
With its business logic-based configuration, the Intec mediation solution is expected to assist Dialog to differentiate its services by delivering new communication products, and by leveraging a single converged mediation platform to scale and support the needs of rapid penetration into a high-volume market.
