JKH tea firm sells factory

Tea Smallholders Factories PLC, part of John Keells Holdings, said today that it sold its Randola Factory at Balangoda for Rs 71 million, according to an official statement. The buyer was not idenfied.

The statement to the Colombo Stock Exchange said the deal included 14.9 acres of land. The capital gain from the transaction was Rs 44 million .
