Kuwait : A 20-year-old Sri Lankan housemaid has been admitted to the intensive care unit of the Jahra Hospital following a void attempt to end her life by swallowing a chemical substance, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. A case of attempted suicide has been registered against her. Meanwhile, police are waiting to interrogate her why she wanted to end her life.
